Blanc Music Group is an independent Yorkshire-based music company bringing artist development, management, recorded music, producer and songwriter representation, and creative direction together around a focused roster. Every relationship is different, so the structure adapts to the artist—not the other way around.

Founded by Lamour White, Blanc takes a hands-on, long-term approach: stronger songs, clearer positioning, thoughtful releases and careers built beyond a single campaign.
